• How you found us: when you submit a film, we save with it the first page you visited on our site, the website or app that sent you (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or a social network) and any campaign tags in that link. Your browser keeps this for your visit, or for up to 90 days if you accept cookies. We use it to learn which channels bring filmmakers to us, and we do not share it with advertisers.

You retain ownership of the films and materials you submit. Any rights you grant Mann Robinson Distribution to distribute your work are governed by your separate distribution agreement, not by this policy.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. We keep it for as long as needed for our working relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
