These Terms govern your use of the Mann Robinson Distribution website and filmmaker portal. By using our site or submitting a film, you agree to these Terms.
Mann Robinson Distribution places independent films and series on streaming platforms and networks, and provides filmmakers a portal to manage their titles and view their earnings.
When you submit a film, you represent that you own it or have the rights to submit and distribute it, and that your materials do not infringe anyone else's rights. Submitting a film does not by itself create a distribution relationship, acceptance is at our discretion, and if your film is accepted, distribution is governed by a separate written distribution agreement between you and Mann Robinson Distribution.
If your film is accepted, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You keep ownership of your film. Mann Robinson Distribution is your distributor, not the owner of your work. Any rights you grant us to distribute your film are set out in your distribution agreement. The Mann Robinson Distribution name, site, portal, and software are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Payment terms, including your distribution fee, recoupable costs, and payment schedule, are set out in your distribution agreement. Earnings shown in the portal are as reported to us by the platforms and may be estimated until finalized by the platform; estimated figures are marked as such. Platform availability, timing, and revenue are determined by the platforms and are not guaranteed by us.
You agree not to misuse the site or portal, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or infringing material.
The site and portal are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that any film will be accepted by any platform, achieve any level of viewership, or generate any particular revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mann Robinson Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or portal. Nothing here limits any rights or obligations set out in your distribution agreement.
You agree to indemnify Mann Robinson Distribution against claims arising from the films and materials you submit, including claims that they infringe someone else's rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Distribution rights and obligations continue to be governed by your distribution agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
